The health and safety of our guests and staff are important to us.  We have been working very hard to ensure that we can provide a clean, comfortable space for everyone at Maeve.  We believe the safest way to handle the new salon situation is to treat everyone, including ourselves, as if they could be infected.  


We will try our hardest to schedule everyone as soon as we can, but please remember to be patient due to the circumstances.  Our team at Maeve has to follow new guidelines for everyone’s safety and will not be able to service as many people at one time as before. To be fair in rescheduling appointments, we will be reaching out to the clients we had to cancel in order of their appointment starting on March 18. The following list will outline the protocols we are following as well as inform you of what to expect with your next visit to our salon.

  • Due to the 50% capacity rule, only customers receiving a service will be allowed inside the salon, staff at Maeve will consistently monitor the number of people within the salon

  • We ask anyone in the salon to maintain a distance of 6 feet between each other as much as possible

  • Employees will be monitored for symptoms upon arrival for each day

  • Clients entering the salon will use the side door near our stylists stations and clients exiting the salon will use the front door.

  • Clients will be asked to call 919-951-7866 when you arrive for your appointment.  If your stylist is not quite ready for you, we will ask for you to wait in your car.  

  • Upon arrival, clients will be asked to sanitize or wash hands and a staff member will be checking your temperature.  We will also ask for anyone to re-sanitize hands after using the restroom, sneezing, coughing or blowing their nose.

  • Everyone in the salon will be asked to maintain 6 feet of distance between each other as best as they can

  • Each area and, tool, station and equipment will be disinfected between clients and new capes will be used for each client

  • Masks are required for entry to the salon.  If you do not have an ear loop mask, one may be provided for you

  • Gloves may be worn, but must be a new, clean pair and must be put on upon arrival at salon.

  • When purchasing retail, please ask your stylist or another Maeve team member to get the product for you.

  • We will not be providing beverages at this time

  • We are temporarily suspending all waxing, brow and lash tinning and makeup services at this time.  **Please understand that due to longer regrowth areas, stylist will have to mix extra color to cover the entire area needed and there may be an additional charge for the extra color used.
